In 2014, Retreats for Life Founder & Director Ms. D Ritterman noticed the need for quality intimate retreats in unique settings (particularly in the southern hemisphere), and she began to realize her vision of presenting opportunities to disconnect from hyper-communication and reconnect with nature, culture and experience.
As the business grew so did the retreats market which became saturated with large internet companies and confusing social media marketing campaigns. Retreats for Life took this opportunity to remodel our service so that we can help people decipher the multitude of retreats on offer and guide people into the world of quality retreat experiences.
The team at Retreats For Life curate and create exclusive retreat experiences that are special in their quality and content. Our retreat facilitators have been hand selected and each retreat schedule carefully planned and thoughtfully designed. We have gathered internationally recognized experts in their fields, exceptional professional yoga and meditation teachers, healers and therapists from around the world.

A Typical Day Includes
• Morning yoga asana class & meditation practice (1.5 hours)
• Healthy buffet Breakfast
• Field trip or group activity exploration (waterfall, textiles tour, temples, hikes)
• 1 hour massage or spa treatment
• Leisure/free time; swim, relax, read, cycle, sleep or explore
• Yoga workshop
• Afternoon yoga class & meditation practice (1.5 hours)
• Family style Dinner
• Evening guided group meditation & yoga nidra (1.5 hours)
